“Chef Steph” brings you a traditional recipe from the Bresse region, renowned for its chickens:
chicken breastlets.
1- Coat the breast fillets in flour, ensuring they are well covered.
2- Melt 200 g of butter over a fairly high heat.
3- When the butter begins to foam, add the breast fillets to the pan.
4- Sear for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them occasionally.
5- Add the parsley and garlic mixture to the butter and finish cooking for about 1 minute.
6- Serve the breast fillets.
