Chef Steph’ has a traditional Beaujolais recipe for you that you can cook in your tent or caravan: Beaujolais sausage .
Ingredients
1 cooking sausage
20 g butter
200 g bacon lardons
1/2 onion
1 bottle of Fleurie
250 g button mushrooms

Preparation
1 Finely chop the onion and button mushrooms.
2 Melt some butter in a saucepan.
3 Gently fry the onion over a low heat.
4 Deglaze with the red wine.
5 Once it has come to a gentle boil, add the sausage, bacon lardons and mushrooms.
6 Leave to cook for about twenty minutes!
7 Remove the sausage and slice it.
8 Reduce the sauce.
9 Return the sausage to the reduced sauce and serve!
Tip: serve with boiled potatoes
